Tuscan Blue Rosemary

Rosmarinus officinalis ‘Tuscan Blue’

4-inch pot

A classic upright rosemary, Tuscan Blue is prized for its strong, vertical growth and intensely aromatic, needle-like foliage. The deep green leaves are rich in essential oils, making this one of the best culinary varieties for grilling, roasting, and fresh use. In spring, and often again lightly in fall, it produces soft blue flowers that add seasonal interest and attract pollinators.

This variety forms a large, shrub-like plant over time and works well as a structural element in herb gardens, raised beds, or containers. It thrives in well-drained soil and prefers drier conditions once established. Good drainage is essential, especially in winter, as rosemary does not tolerate wet soil.
