A compact and exceptionally floriferous garden phlox, Early White Improved produces large clusters of crisp, pure white flowers that brighten the garden from early summer into fall. The fragrant blooms are held on sturdy stems above deep green foliage, creating a clean, elegant display that complements virtually any color palette. Its early flowering and extended bloom season make it a valuable addition to borders, cottage gardens, and cutting gardens.
 
This improved selection was bred for enhanced vigor, excellent branching, and improved resistance to powdery mildew compared to older white phlox varieties. It thrives in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil and consistent moisture. Deadheading spent blooms encourages continued flowering and helps maintain a tidy appearance throughout the season.
