A compact and free-flowering red hot poker, Poco Orange produces vibrant spikes of glowing orange tubular flowers that rise above dense clumps of grassy green foliage. The colorful blooms create a bold vertical accent while attracting hummingbirds, butterflies, and other pollinators throughout the summer. Its dwarf habit makes it especially well suited to containers, borders, and smaller garden spaces.
 
Bred for a naturally compact habit and extended bloom season, Poco Orange offers the dramatic look of traditional kniphofias in a much smaller, more manageable plant. It thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, where it is heat and drought tolerant once established. Removing spent flower stalks encourages continued blooming and keeps the plant looking fresh.
