Dahlia ‘Café au Lait’
 
One of the most beloved dahlias in the cut flower world, Café au Lait produces enormous, fully double blooms in soft blended shades of creamy beige, blush pink, peach, and ivory. The coloration is famously variable, with individual flowers often shifting in tone throughout the season, giving the plant a romantic, antique quality. Its oversized blooms and soft neutral palette make it especially prized for wedding work and floral design.
 
Originally introduced in the Netherlands, Café au Lait has become a modern classic for both gardens and arrangements. The massive blooms are held on tall plants that benefit from staking, especially in exposed locations.
