Dahlia 'AC Ben'
 
This giant semi-cactus dahlia produces massive blooms in glowing sunset shades of peach, coral, apricot, and buttery yellow. The dramatically pointed petals twist and curve outward, giving the flowers exceptional movement and presence in the garden. The coloration shifts subtly across the bloom, creating a warm ombré effect that makes each flower feel unique.
 
Hybridized by Ken Greenway of Accent Dahlias in Snohomish, Washington in 2010, AC Ben is admired for both its impressive bloom size and outstanding garden performance. Despite the enormous flowers, the plant blooms reliably throughout the season and makes an exceptional focal point in borders and cutting gardens. Strong stems help support the oversized blooms, though staking is still recommended.
