A dazzling evergreen perennial, Sunset Mix produces an ever-changing display of star-shaped flowers in brilliant shades of orange, coral, salmon, pink, yellow, cream, and white. Each plant develops its own unique blend of colors, creating a vibrant tapestry of blooms above handsome rosettes of fleshy, deep green leaves. The colorful flowers rise on slender stems, providing a long-lasting display from late spring into summer.
 
Native to the rocky cliffs of the Pacific Northwest, Lewisia cotyledon is exceptionally well adapted to rock gardens, alpine plantings, containers, and crevice gardens. It thrives in full sun to part sun with excellent drainage and is remarkably drought tolerant once established. Protecting the crown from excessive winter moisture helps ensure years of reliable performance.
