Dahlia 'Mignon Red'
 
These simple and beautiful 3-4 inch blooms are bright red and the pincushion center is a dark yellow. 
 
Grow in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil, enriched with organic matter and general purpose fertilizer, in full sun. Pinch out growing tips to encourage bushy plants and stake if required. Water freely in dry periods.
