The gold standard for multicolored Swiss chard. Nicely savoyed and glossy green or bronze leaves with stems of many colors including gold, pink, orange, red, and white with bright, pastel, and multicolored variations. The flavor is milder than ordinary chard, with each color a bit different. Consistent growth rate, leaf shape and texture, and strong bolt resistance across all colors makes this a superior mix.

Harvest: 
Bunching: Cut or snap mature leaves individually. New leaves will grow for multiple harvests.
Baby Leaf: Harvest with a knife when leaves reach desired size, about 3–6". Cut about an inch above the soil to allow for clean regrowth, making sure to cut above the basal plate. Cut again when leaves reach desired size (5–14 days, depending on variety).
