Blooming from late winter to early spring, the rich burgundy flowers of Helleborus Frostkiss® Anna's Red linger 2 months or more. With 8–10 flower clusters per plant set against strong leathery evergreen leaves marbled in cream, it is a standout in our gardens at the nursery.
 
They require a moist but well-drained site with some shade. Take care to amend the soil with plenty of organic matter, such as well-aged leaf mold and compost. You'll be rewarded with long-lived, deer-resistant plants that will spread nicely on their own.
